Dominique Brannon is an American music producer who goes by the name of U’nique Music. U’nique was born in Anchorage, Alaska and was raised in Longview, Texas and Raleigh, North Carolina.
U'nique first ventured into the music scene in 2010 alongside his good friend and frequent collaborator, Madrique. He spent 6 years honing his craft. Learning overdub techniques, keyboards, drum machines and more.
He is an avid user of FL Studio & Protools. As well as a drummer and talkbox user.
U’nique describes his sound as analogue with a modern twist. He also has been quoted of saying he appreciates just about any style of music. From country to Rock. Classical to Hip Hop. R&B, Blues and Jazz.
As Dominique, he landed his first film placement on By Any Other Name: An Exploration of Afro-Amerindian Heritage. His music has also been featured in films such as Raise Up: The World is Our Gym and Hoops Africa: Ubuntu Matters. Both films have appeared on RedBull TV and NBA TV Respectively.
U’nique’s production has also been seen on 2DopeBoyz, Dead End Hip Hop, HHS1987, HNHH and DJ Booth. Some of the industries most respected sites.
